Adina Mor Haim
A Few Words About Me
Adina teaches modern Hebrew in Spanish, English, and French, and says that teaching Hebrew is a way to communicate with people who have a great love of Israel. What she loves most about teaching, is the rare opportunity time and time again to re-learn new ideas and new beliefs from her students.
Adina holds a B.A from the Tel Aviv University (Israel) in Hebrew Literature and Theater. She was qualified as an Hebrew teacher by Seminar Hakibutzim and taught under the frame of the Ministry of Education. Adina is a poet and a critic and wrote four poetry books, one of which was translated to Spanish, and two critic books. She writes articles in literary magazines.
As part of her army service, Adina taught in Israeli schools in Bet-Shean as a soldier-teacher, and after the army, she continued teaching in Ramla and Tel Aviv. Since 2006, she has served as a professor of Modern Hebrew at the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies.
