A Few Words About Me

“ἐν ἀρχῇ ἦν ὁ λόγος, καὶ ὁ λόγος ἦν πρὸς τὸν θεόν, καὶ θεὸς ἦν ὁ λόγος”, which translates to “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with the God, and God was the Word.”

Education

Ángel holds a Master’s in Classical Philology, a Master’s in French Philology, and a Ph.D. in Greek Language & Literature from the University of Valencia (Spain).

Professional Experience

Ángel has been working with a doctoral fellowship in the Department of Classical Philology of the University of Valencia (Spain) between 2009-2013. During this period, he developed a research stay of 7.5 months at the University of Bologna (Italy). In 2014, he worked as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Memphis (USA) and since 2014 he is Assistant Professor of French at the University of Valencia. In 2013, he joined the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies as a Professor of Biblical Greek.
