A Few Words About Me
Do not give the child a fish, teach him to fish. Nehama teaches Hebrew as a second language. For her, it is very important that the student benefit from the studies and that they have a significant and effective experience as well as a pleasant and respectful classroom environment.
Education
Nehama is a teacher for special education students and Hebrew as a second language. She has a BA in Education from the College of Teacher Education in Beer Sheba, and a BA and diploma in Didactic Diagnosis and Remedial Teaching from the Open University in Israel.
Professional Experience
Nehama taught special education classes in elementary schools in Arad as well as Ulpan programs to immigrants from Russia, teaching them Hebrew as a second language for 12 years. Since 2008, she has been teaching Hebrew at the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies, where she has students who have been learning with her for 8 years.
